Welcome to archived.ink. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

The Service is operated by GTQ LLC, doing business as Archived.ink ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Service Description

archived.ink provides digital document storage services that allow users to upload, store, organize, and access their documents for the duration of their selected plan. Our service includes both Standard (instant-access) and Cold (archive) storage options.

3. Account Terms

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. GTQ LLC, doing business as Archived.ink cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Payment and Subscription

We offer 3-year, 5-year, and 10-year subscription plans. Payment is due at the time of subscription. We will notify you 30 days before your subscription expires. If you choose not to renew, you will have a grace period to download your documents before they are permanently deleted.

5. Content Ownership and Responsibility

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to archived.ink. We will not access, view, or modify your content except as necessary to provide the service or as required by law. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to store and share any documents you upload.

6. Service Availability and Durability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our Standard storage and guarantee 99.999999999% (eleven-9's) durability for all stored documents. However, we cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the service for maintenance or upgrades.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GTQ LLC, doing business as Archived.ink be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
